Details for Cim Tek

Maintenance needed for 1st shift and 3rd shift. Comply with all safety & regulatory requirements safely and efficiently. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical problems. Inspect, monitor and measure equipment parts & components for wear, failure, misalignment and maladjustment.

Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems and determine need for repair, adjustment, or replacement. Perform cleaning, and maintenance including predictive & preventive on all equipment & facility. Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level. Forklift experience including moving equipment.

Must have the ability to prioritize tasks ensuring quality production and timely execution; to reduce lead time, costs, and scrap rates; to interpret mechanical drawings; and to support production. Communicate professionally and effectively; work as a team with all levels at all times; good problem solving skills; ability to stand 8 or 10 hours a day; and lift and move up to 50 pounds.
