Hope and Change has become ``hype and chains''

Hope and change has truly turned into ``Hype and chains’’ with the failed economic policies of the Obama administration.

We now are into month 42 in a row with over eight percent unemployment, no end in sight even with Obama’s four years of trillion dollar plus deficits from Obama’s taxpayer funded stimulus.

Obama’s wet blanket failed economic policies, added burden and taxes of Obamacare, threats of higher taxes on job makers, war on good coal, oil and natural gas jobs continue to strangle job growth, smother the economy and has left veterans across the country with a 24 percent unemployment rate. What does Presi-dent Obama do? He out sources one million plus jobs to illegal workers with his amnesty work permits

We all should have known our country was in trouble when Obama and Pelosi told us food stamps gener-ate jobs. Come Nov. 6 let’s take our country back by telling President Obama to take a hike.

Better than Bush HE STOLE 8 years of prsidency. The main reason for Obama's lack of sucess has been because he tried to reach out to the party of no, who just said no to everything that is good for the people,

This president is far from an idiot. Your making a blanket statement doesn't make it so.

The last president sent us to two unwarranted wars, raised the deficit exponentially, and was hated, WORLD WIDE.

Wow, Benster, I'm not sure where you were educated, but Hawaii has been a state since Aug. 21, 1959.

No one said Barack Obama walks on water, but he's a lot better than the last president and certainly not a tax evading crook like the current candidate.

bush was not an idiot; this president is an idiot, pure and simple. the harvard law revue is nothing more then a liberal rag sheet that is printed in the close proximity of one the most liberal institutions of higher learning in the country.
i would like to point out that bush did work for a living in his lifetime, this president has never worked a day in his life, has never ran a business, and has never been nothing but a phony and the recipient of handouts.
i might also add that bush "WAS" born in this country.
this phony president that you believe can walk on water doesn't even have the audacity to disclose his birth records because he know's it will end his phony regime.

I guess we don't have much right to say this to Obama as out of us only have selected him for that place. So if we want to see change then first of all we should change our-self!!

The president doesn't control the EPA,Lisa P. Jackson does. Yes she is expected to report directly to the president, but that hardly makes her Obama's puppet. Your logic, as always clg is incredibly weak.

Neither was Bush. He failed SEVERAL times yet I'm fairly certain you voted for him.

Mitt has never "ran" a company by himself. Being on a board isn't the same as running a company. Oh, can you remind me which candidate was the editor of the Harvard Law Revue???? That red herring aside, Bain is under serious scrutiny because of Romney. I guess it's OK with you that he has his money in offshore accounts and while you pay whatever percent you do, he pays less than 15%.

What promises did he make to the poor? Back that statement up.

You know who else has money in offshore accounts? Drug dealers, money launderers. Yeah, that's how YOU roll, CLG.

"Just because you're not smart enough to know better, doesn't mean it doesn't it exist."

Ineptocracy (in-ep-toc’-ra-cy) - a system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where the members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded with goods and services paid for by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers.

Barack Obama is not capable of leading a small business or a small organization. If you have doubts about that then simply look at Obama’s resume. This man has no experience leading people. That’s not exaggerated. It’s a simple fact.

He purchased his presidency by making promises to the poor he hasn’t kept. Now they have been devastated. He has purchased votes for the coming election by buying the auto manufacturers in Detroit and gaining full backing of the labor unions. How many times can the American public fall for this man’s lies

CLG-super majority? You never heard of a filibuster? We haven't had a filibuster proof majority since the 70s. You can stop with the revisionist Rethuglican history, CLG. I think my new mantra needs to be, "just because you're not smart enough to know better, doesn't mean it doesn't it exist." You're a shining example of this, CLG.

Well the head rattlers are at it agian. spouting untruths to prop up a failed policy.

The first two years of o's reign the democrats had a super majority in government (no budget), the last two any thing that comes from the house is automaticly rejected by the democrat senate. So much for o, socialist don't want any thing done. The excetive branch (that's the prez for those who don't know) controls the EPA and all regulations that come from that department of government. So much for the war on energy.Remember economics from school well Pelosi doesn't she said that one dollar magically turns into two.

So veterans want to know pick strawberries in fields? Is that what you're saying? Seriously? They want to make $3-5 an hour? I don't think so. Obama and Pelosi had SEVERAL job bills when he first took office and Republicans in the Senate filibustered. There is a job bill to help veterans here in the states. If you really have an issue with veterans getting their help, then blame Reagan and all his cuts to mental health when he was in office. IT's why there's a huge population of mentally ill vets on the street.

As for "amnesty" those kids came to this country through no fault of their own. How dare you pick on children. I suppose that's the "Christ" in you talking.

Just because you don't understand economics doesn't mean that Obama or Pelosi were wrong. Food stamps are spent 100% and create more of a return than your brain can fathom.

Technically they are already here, and thus are not outsourced... and amnesty would indicate that they aren't illegal.
I love how you right wingers talk about the deficit, but never consider that every single proposal that Obama has brought forward has been rejected by the new do nothing congress.
You frame your argument about the unemployment rate in such a way that you can mask the fact that jobs were being LOST during the end of W's term, and that jobs are being GAINED now. Yes the rate is bad, but so is your argument: "We now are into month 42 in a row with over eight percent unemployment" while it's technically true, it is written to avoid the simple fact that jobs ARE being created.
Not every single person that makes more than 250,000 a year is a Job creator, in fact I'd say that most of them aren't, so your argument is invalid.
"War on good coal, oil and natural gas jobs", I think that you are guilty of sensationalizing this, besides it's the EPA that makes the regulations that you are complaining about. Does Obama support these regulations, probably but it's still not by HIS hand.
You right wingers hijacked our government after Obama got elected, with your tea-bagger party. Honestly I hope we take it back so that Obama can do his job in his next term.
