DECATUR — Virginia Cuttill, 82, of Decatur passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Virginia was born on October 4, 1929 in Mt. Vernon, IL the daughter of Clarence and Millie (Brown) Wray.

Surviving are her son, Darren Cuttill (Toni) of Decatur, daughter, Darcie Cuttill of Decatur; sister, Wilma Ford of Indiana; and grandchildren, Faye Berns (Josh), Hallie Scribner (Matt), Logan Cuttill, Wyatt Cuttill, and Quinn Cuttill.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jerry Wray, Tom Wray, and Doug Wray, and sisters, Evangeline Ziegler, Beulah Atchison, Ruth Malone, and Ruby Wray.

The family would like to thank Dr. Wade and the staff at Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois, Moweaqua Family Practice Doctors and Staff, DMH 4100 Nurses, Moweaqua Retirement Home staff, and everyone else who helped with Virginia’s care.

A memorial celebration of Virginia’s life will be 3 PM Thursday, October 4, 2012 in Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home and conclude with the “Flight Home” ceremony. Memorials are suggested to Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois.
