DECATUR — Patricia A. Lewis, 81, of Decatur, passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

She was born July 26, 1931 in Decatur, IL. The daughter of Orville F. Benton and Edna F. (Mills) Benton. She graduated from Mt. Zion High School in May 1949. She married Hugh N. Lane on September 1949, he passed away and she married Kenneth D. Lewis Sr. in December 2002.

Patricia leaves behind her husband Ken of Decatur; Children Sandra K. (Roger) Lake of Sparta, TN, Mark A. (Theresa ) Lane of Decatur; 4 grandchildren Tonya DeBerry of Decatur, Kyle Lane of Decatur, Thomas (Tony) Lake wife Kristen of Plainfield, IL and Brett lake of Sparta, TN; step children, Lori Key, Jody (Rick) Doty, Wendall(Dawn) Lewis, Kenny Lewis Jr., Peggy Rankin, Beverly McNulty 4 step grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, Emanule DeBerry, Emari DeBerry, Madison Lake, Megan Lake, Alexis Lane, Trinity Lane, Marissa Lake, Corel Lake, and Brayden Cruthchfield, sister Beverly Woods of Decatur.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her first husband Hugh; sister, Barbara Brown, brothers, Herbert Benton and Eugene Benton.

Funeral services to celebrate Patricia’s life will be 11am Tuesday, July 16, 2013 in Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Macon County Memorial Park and conclude with “Flight Home Ceremony” Visitation will be Monday July 17, 2013 in the funeral home from 6-8pm.

Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
