DECATUR — A trailer holding a four-wheeled off-road vehicle, together valued at $6,500, have been stolen from the backyard of a Decatur home, according to police.

Sgt. Josh Sheets said the drab green 2008 Honda “Rancher” vehicle was last seen sitting on its “Old Reliable” brand trailer in the 1300 block of North Monroe Street on Thursday. When the owner checked again Saturday, they were both gone. The vehicle is valued at $6,000 and the trailer at $500.
