DECATUR – Millikin University will hold its fall family weekend Sept. 15-17.

Events will include the choral concertino, 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15 in Central Christian Church, 650 W. William St., featuring four Millikin choirs; “Spider-Man: Homecoming” at 7:30 p.m. Friday on the Quad or in the University Commons if it rains; and public observation night, 8 to 10 p.m. in the Requarth Observatory on the roof of the Leighty-Tabor Science Center.

Saturday events include the Parents and Family Hospitality Room, open 9 a.m. To 1 p.m. in the Leadership Center of the University Commons; UCB Street Festival, 10 a.m. To 1 p.m. outside the Commons; A Taste of MSC (Multicultural Student Council), featuring foods from various culturs, 2 to 5 p.m.; the Oakwood Street Festival, a block party with live music, vendors and food, 5 p.m. to midnight; the Collage Concert, 7:30 p.m. in Kirkland Fine Arts Center, featuring student ensembles. On Sunday, fall family brunch will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the University Commons dining hall. Tickets will be available only at the door.
