DECATUR — The Macon County Environmental Council is inviting the public to attend their biannual membership meeting at 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 13, in the Madden Auditorium of the Decatur Public Library.

The topic of discussion will be logging in Decatur.

The council will present a short program on natural areas preservation, their concerns about logging in Decatur, and an update on their efforts to communicate with the city of Decatur about their concerns.
