TAYLORVILLE — Amy Hagen, U.S. Bank market president in Taylorville, has won the Pinnacle Award, U.S. Bank’s highest employee achievement honor.

Hagen was among the top performing employees nationwide to win U.S. Bank’s award for outstanding achievement and superior performance and was recently recognized at a company dinner.

Michael S. Johnson, regional president for U.S. Bank, said, “Amy deserves tremendous congratulations for this achievement as she does an exemplary job of making sure our customer’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded.”

He noted that it is because of employees like Hagen that U.S. Bank has received several accolades this past year, including being recognized in Fortune magazine as one of the world’s most admired super regional banks.

This is Hagen’s second Pinnacle Award. She is a graduate of Millikin University with a B.S. in finance, and a M.B.A. from The University of Illinois at Springfield. Hagen also volunteers in the community as a board member with Central Illinois Foodbank and the Christian County Economic Development Corporation. She also serves on the LLCC Eastern Region Advisory Board and is a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters Illinois Capital Region. Hagen was named the 2013 Outstanding Citizen of the year by the Taylorville Chamber of Commerce.
