AcAdemic intervention SpeciAliSt Millikin University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Academic Intervention Specialist in the Center for Academic and Professional Performance (CAPP). Under the guidance of the Senior Director of CAPP, this position manages the University’s supplemental instruction and tutoring programs, engages in individual and group career coaching and developmental advising, and also teaches 100 level courses aimed at student success outcomes. The Specialist also works closely with the international student population at the University. Evening and weekend responsibilities are required for this position.
