DECATUR -- Main Place Real Estate and Main Place Properties are pleased to announce Chris Harrison, CCIM, MBA, Real Estate Broker, has earned the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
The CCIM designation denotes Harrison has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, site and location analysis, and has demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Harrison said, “This course work and class interaction will help guide clients in maximizing cash flow, asset value management, and minimizing risk. Working case studies with other real estate professionals from across the country has been valuable from an experience and relationship standpoint.”
Harrison obtained his real estate license in 2013 after a lengthy career in commercial banking. He has lived in Decatur since 2002 and currently lives there with his wife Debbie and their three children.
Harrison holds a BS from Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri and an MBA from Millikin University in Decatur, along with many courses completed with the American Bankers Association and Illinois Association of Realtors.
