If you have an Amazon Echo device, here's one of its perks: Herald & Review news briefings.

Alexa is Amazon's voice-activated virtual assistant. Similar to Siri for iPhone, she answers questions, searches the web, plays music and more.

Alexa is available on Amazon Echo and Amazon Echo Dot.

There are two ways to set up the Herald & Review news briefings.

In the Alexa app on iOS or Android, go to Skills and search for Herald & Review. Select us and click Enable Skill.

You can also find us by searching the Alexa Skills store at amazon.com/skills. The Herald & Review news briefing skill is free to enable.

Once you have enabled the skill, you can hear a roundup of the latest stories by asking “Alexa, what's in the news?” or “Alexa, what's my Flash Briefing?”

Enjoy!
