“In The European Tradition” is the theme of the Decatur Municipal Band's performance in Decatur's Central Park on Monday, July 16. Julie Andrews is the featured vocalist, and trumpet player Mark Lindvahl is the featured soloist.
The performance is at 7 p.m. There is no admission charge.
The group also performs a 60-minute program Sunday, July 8, at the Fairview Park pavilion. The performance begins at 6 p.m.
On Wednesday, July 18, the band plays Millikin University's quad at 7 p.m.
