Speaking Wednesday, Decatur police detective Sgt. Chris Copeland said that in October 2017 a man reported to police that Baker sexually abused the man's daughter between 2010 and 2013.

Baker was in a county jail in Wisconsin at the time and was arrested on a warrant following his release on Oct. 24, 2018, Copeland said. Baker was brought to the Macon County Jail on the same day, where his bail was set at $200,000 and he has remained since.

Also as part of his plea agreement, Baker will have to pay a $500 sex offender fee, a $200 sexual assault fee, a $50 STD test, register as a sex offender for life and undergo sex offender evaluation.
