LOVINGTON — State Police on Tuesday said a 41-year-old man arrested earlier this month in a Lovington house faces drug charges. 

The man was arrested June 13 on a preliminary charges of delivery of methamphetamine between 5 to 15 grams and possession of heroin under 15 grams. The charges are subject to review by the Moultrie County State's Attorney's Office.

The search warrant was in the 300 block East State Street and was the result of a narcotics investigation, police saidsaid. 

Bond was set at $30,000.
