DECATUR — Police said burglars have stolen a cooking range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator — together worth more than $2,000 — from a vacant Decatur home in the 100 block of South McClellan Avenue.

Detective Sgt. Chris Copeland with Decatur Police said the appliances were taken sometime after Oct. 26; the crime was reported Wednesday. The home is owned by Sterling Claims Management.
