DECATUR – The Macon County Conservation District is hosting canoe float trips on the Sangamon, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., Saturdays April 14 and May 5.

All equipment, including life vests, is included in the fee of $25 per canoe. Guests will meet at Rock Springs Nature Center and are encouraged to wear clothes that can get wet and bring a hat and water bottle.

Register by noon the day before at maconcountyconservation.org.
