DECATUR — Police say they are looking for Teron L. Perry, 36, who is on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Lt. Shannon Gutierrez Seal said Perry reportedly stole a bronze 2009 Kia four-door vehicle and forced a 30-year-old woman into the vehicle against her will. The Kia has an Illinois license plate with the registration BK27961.

The 30-year-old woman has been found, Seal said in a statement.

Perry was last seen in the vehicle around 10:40 a.m. Friday near Oakland Avenue and Eldorado Street. Witnesses said he had a firearm, Seal said.
Seal said the Decatur Police Department has several charges pending against Perry, including home invasion, unlawful restraint, armed violence, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm by a felon and domestic violence.
