FORSYTH — Construction of a storm sewer along Phillip Circle will cause road closures starting later this month, the village of Forsyth said Wednesday.

West Forsyth Parkway, Phillip Circle and County Highway 20 will all be closed at various points during the work, which will start the week of July 22. The project is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

The storm sewer will extend from the pond south of West Forsyth Parkway to County Highway 20.

In a statement on its social media pages, the village said the road closures are needed for the safety of drivers and workers alike. Access to homes will be maintained during construction, but access to some driveways could be interrupted at times, the village said.
