DECATUR — A tornado warning has been issued for Taylorville, Morrisonville and Owaneco until 5:30 p.m., the National Weather Service reports.
The Macon County Sheriff's posted on Twitter: "Heads up in the Blue Mound, Boody & Macon area's as these storms have produced tornadoes and are heading in that direction!"
A tornado was reported northwest of Havana.

DECATUR — The National Weather Service has issued a tornado watch until 7 p.m. for a number of Central Illinois counties, including Macon.
Counties under the watch include Macon, Piatt, Christian, McLean, DeWitt, Logan and Sangamon, among others.
The Decatur area is also under a hazardous weather outlook from the weather service, which said there is a slight risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds and large hail are the main concerns.
