I need someone to explain this to me:
I mailed out valentines on Feb. 12 at the mailbox across from the post office. Some of them were received on Feb. 14 and some the next day (all in Decatur). But the thing that really got me was that I mailed three to the exact same address and zip code in Decatur. One received it Feb. 14, one received it Feb. 15 and one on Feb. 23. How do you explain that to a child when his brother and sister got theirs days before he did?
How do we know when to mail cards or more importantly our bills? I know the post office is hurting because of all the social medias, but I enjoy sending cards by mail. The rates on the stamps keep raising but what about the service? What's up with that?
