The man that works the front desk has an ego and attitude that is not fit to work any sort of customer service position. He was rude, condescending, and overall unpleasant.

When we went to pick up the car, he put his hand out to grab my credit card before he even told us the total. Then when we asked for the keys to the vehicle, he said that they were in the car. I have a push button start car -- so, I inquired as to where in the car I might find the keys since they cannot be placed in the ignition. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know, the cupholder?" in a tone that was intended to suggest I was an idiot for asking

To add insult to injury, the windows were down on my car. Which meant, that anyone could have walked up and just got into my car and driven away with it. When I asked, "so the windows are down, and my keys are in the car?" His response was, "haven't lost one, yet."
