William P. Shade, III, Chairman of Soy Capital Bank and Trust Company and SCB Bancorp, Inc. (its parent company), is pleased to announce that C. Malcolm Head has been elected to the Board of Directors of both organizations.
Malcolm Head is a Decatur area farmer and also runs a cattle business with his sons. He graduated from the University of Illinois with degrees in agronomy/ag econ in 1981. Mr. Head has served as past president of the Meridian School Board, chairman of the Blue Mound Lions Club and chairman of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. He and his wife, Susan, reside in the Blue Mound area.
